Our Tuxedo Policy
Tuxedo Rental
*A $50 deposit is required to order the tux.
*If you cancel your tuxedo, none of the $50 deposit is refundable.
*Garmets must be returned the Monday after the weardate or there is a $25 late fee every day it is late.
*You will be charged for non-returned items or malicious or major damages.
*Tuxedo and suit garments are rentals; therefore, they are not tailored to fit you perfectly.
*We measure as close as we can to your size and are not responsible for sizing of garments based on measurements not taken in our store.
*We do not do alterations on the garments since they are rentals.
*We do not have extra replacement items in the store, we have to order all tuxedo items in, therefore we need at least days notice to have a replacement shipped in if something is incorrect or does not fit properly.
*Garments are guaranteed to come 1 day before the wear date, but may come earlier.
*All tuxedo garments must be tried on IN STORE for their final fitting by Thursday at 4pm in order to get a replacement.
*The final fitting is in place to check and make sure the tux fits properly and all items were sent correctly.
*If items are not correct or do not fit properly, new items can be reordered.
*If you come to try on garments on the Friday before the wedding, you will be responsible for shipping on replacements, which can be around $100.
*We will not be able to make any adjustments to garments if the final fitting/ pick-up is the day of the event.
*We cannot be held liable for any incorrect or missing items if not made aware of them by Friday at 3pm.
